2. All content and reports remain intellectual property of 5M until invoices are paid in full.
3. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
4. Confidential information will be handled per a mutual NDA.
5. Governing law and venue to be defined in your final agreement.
